Job Requirements

  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Frequent lifting and moving of items over 50 pounds or more

Job Qualifications

  • 1 plus years restaurant management experience
  • 1 plus years managing operations with annual sales volume of 500k plus
  • 1 plus years affecting and deciphering budgets and profit and loss statements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Duties

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
  • Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
  • Assist the General Manager with proper task execution, safety practices, schedule and cash integrity, talent acquisition and development, and reporting
  • Work alongside team members to coach and develop preparation and packaging of customer orders timely to maximize customer service
  • Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities
  • Address customer feedback and improve the overall dining experience
