Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or more of restaurant management experience
- experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $500k or more
- ability to interpret budgets and profit and loss statements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds
- successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
- drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- assist the general manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition and development, and reporting
- work alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders timely and to maximize customer service expectations
- understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities
- address customer feedback and work to improve the overall dining experience
