Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year or more of restaurant management experience
  • experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $500k or more
  • ability to interpret budgets and profit and loss statements
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds
  • successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
  • drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
  • assist the general manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition and development, and reporting
  • work alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders timely and to maximize customer service expectations
  • understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities
  • address customer feedback and work to improve the overall dining experience
