Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years restaurant management experience
- Experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $500k+
- Experience analyzing budgets and profit and loss statements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Physical ability to lift/move items over 50 pounds
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screening

- 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and profit and loss statements

Job Duties
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- Assist the General Manager with proper task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition, development, and reporting
- Work alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations
- Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities
- Address customer feedback and work to improve the overall dining experience
