Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years restaurant management experience
  • Experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $500k+
  • Experience analyzing budgets and profit and loss statements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Physical ability to lift/move items over 50 pounds
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years restaurant management experience
  • 1+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $500k+
  • 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and profit and loss statements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
  • Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
  • Assist the General Manager with proper task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition, development, and reporting
  • Work alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations
  • Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities
  • Address customer feedback and work to improve the overall dining experience
