Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one or more years of restaurant management experience
- one or more years managing operations with annual sales volume of $500k or more
- one or more years working with budgets and profit and loss statements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills focusing on customer satisfaction
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- ability to frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds
- ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
- drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition and development, and reporting
- work alongside team members to coach and develop staff in preparing and packaging customer orders timely
- understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to affect business changes
- address customer feedback and work to improve the overall dining experience
