Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one or more years of restaurant management experience
  • one or more years managing operations with annual sales volume of $500k or more
  • one or more years working with budgets and profit and loss statements
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills focusing on customer satisfaction
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • ability to frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds
  • ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
  • drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
  • assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition and development, and reporting
  • work alongside team members to coach and develop staff in preparing and packaging customer orders timely
  • understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to affect business changes
  • address customer feedback and work to improve the overall dining experience
