Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience
  • ability to manage operations with annual sales volume of $500k or more
  • familiarity with budgets and P&L statements
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • intermediate computer skills
  • ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds
  • ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

  • intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Duties

  • ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
  • drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
  • assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition, development, and reporting
  • coach and develop team members in timely preparation and packaging of orders to maximize customer service expectations
  • understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities
  • address customer feedback and work to improve overall dining experience
