Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of supervisory and QSR management experience
  • ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
  • ability to lift 25-40 pounds
  • pass criminal background and/or credit history check
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong leadership and integrity
  • basic math and reading skills
  • basic computer knowledge
  • flexibility to cover shifts
  • ability to maintain regular attendance

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years previous supervisory and QSR management experience
  • education of at least a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • excellent customer service skills
  • good written and verbal communication skills
  • strong leadership and integrity
  • ability to manage small groups of people
  • basic math, reading skills, and understanding of basic computer operation

Job Duties

  • Maintain sales forecast to accurately project sales and recognize sales trends
  • Complete oversight of a single store including inventory management, employee management, and customer service
  • Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with local health department protocols
  • Maintain inventory of food and beverages and check vendor shipments for accuracy
  • Complete and post weekly work schedules ensuring compliance with wage and hour requirements
  • Assist and train employees for both front of house and back of house duties
  • Ensure food quality and speed of service standards are met and maintained
  • Monitor daily sales performance and inventory reports
  • Monitor cash drawers ensuring accuracy of bank deposits and justify all cash variances
