Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of supervisory and QSR management experience
- ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
- ability to lift 25-40 pounds
- pass criminal background and/or credit history check

Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years previous supervisory and QSR management experience

- basic math, reading skills, and understanding of basic computer operation
Job Duties
- Maintain sales forecast to accurately project sales and recognize sales trends
- Complete oversight of a single store including inventory management, employee management, and customer service
- Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with local health department protocols
- Maintain inventory of food and beverages and check vendor shipments for accuracy
- Complete and post weekly work schedules ensuring compliance with wage and hour requirements
- Assist and train employees for both front of house and back of house duties
- Ensure food quality and speed of service standards are met and maintained
- Monitor daily sales performance and inventory reports
- Monitor cash drawers ensuring accuracy of bank deposits and justify all cash variances
