Job Duties

  • Leading operational excellence by directing the efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize guest satisfaction and ensuring preventive maintenance of restaurant facilities
  • Motivating and directing team members and restaurant management to exceed guest expectations by delivering hot food within established speed of service guidelines while offering friendly service in clean surroundings
  • Managing restaurant profit and loss by maintaining inventory and managing labor while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed according to standards
  • Building team talent through recruiting, selecting, hiring and retention
