Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years restaurant management experience
  • Experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $500k+
  • Ability to interpret budgets and profit and loss statements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to lift/move items over 50 pounds
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years restaurant management experience
  • 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $500k+
  • 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and profit and loss statements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Duties

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with adherence to food safety procedures
  • Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
  • Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition, development, and reporting
  • Work with team members to coach and develop them in timely preparation and packaging of customer orders
  • Understand and utilize financial reporting including profit and loss statements to affect business changes
  • Address customer feedback to improve the overall dining experience
