Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years full-service restaurant management experience
  • Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Experience supervising and directing workforce
  • Ability to make staffing decisions
  • Skilled in interacting with customers and ensuring outstanding service
  • Comfortable with daily customer communication
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • Frequent use of computers and register technology

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
  • 3-5 years related full-service restaurant management experience
  • Culinary experience a plus
  • Conversational Spanish a plus
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of front and back-of-the-house food service associates
  • Ability to manage restaurant operations independently
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others
  • Knowledge and appreciation of a la carte restaurant service
  • Knowledge and appreciation of quick-serve counter service in an upscale environment
