Job Requirements
- 3-5 years full-service restaurant management experience
- Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities
- Experience supervising and directing workforce
- Ability to make staffing decisions
- Skilled in interacting with customers and ensuring outstanding service
- Comfortable with daily customer communication
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Frequent use of computers and register technology
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
- 3-5 years related full-service restaurant management experience
- Culinary experience a plus
- Conversational Spanish a plus
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of front and back-of-the-house food service associates
- Ability to manage restaurant operations independently
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others
- Knowledge and appreciation of a la carte restaurant service
- Knowledge and appreciation of quick-serve counter service in an upscale environment
