Job Requirements

  • 1+ years restaurant management experience
  • 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $500k+
  • 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to frequently lift/move items over 50 pounds
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
  • Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
  • Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition and development, and reporting
  • Work alongside team members to coach and develop them in timely preparation and packaging of customer orders to maximize service
  • Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to influence business changes and capitalize on opportunities
  • Address customer feedback and work to improve the overall dining experience
