Job Requirements
- 1+ years restaurant management experience
- 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $500k+
- 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to frequently lift/move items over 50 pounds
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition and development, and reporting
- Work alongside team members to coach and develop them in timely preparation and packaging of customer orders to maximize service
- Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to influence business changes and capitalize on opportunities
- Address customer feedback and work to improve the overall dining experience
