Job Requirements
- Two or more years of management or supervisory experience in a fast food restaurant or the retail or hospitality industry
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Leading operational excellence by directing the efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize guest satisfaction and ensuring preventive maintenance of restaurant facilities
- Motivating and directing team members and restaurant management to exceed guest expectations by delivering hot food within established speed of service guidelines while offering friendly service in clean surroundings
- Managing restaurant profit and loss by maintaining inventory and managing labor while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed according to standards
- Building team talent through recruiting, selecting, hiring and retention
- Leading the restaurant management team in overseeing financial controls, operations, people development and guest service standards across all shifts
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conducting training programs to develop staff skills and performance
