Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, recreation management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or recreation industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Job Qualifications

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or recreation industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously as well as outside working conditions
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the Pool, Beach, and Bungalow areas
- Coordinate and schedule team duties and activities
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding needs and expectations
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure high performance
- Develop subordinate managers and supervisors
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a safe environment
- Monitor and adhere to budgetary goals
- Resolve guest and team issues promptly and effectively
- Interview and recruit new team members
- Demonstrate strong communication skills during coaching and shift briefings
- Execute duties and delegations assigned by the Director of Recreation
