Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • prior experience in real estate management or commercial leasing
  • strong negotiation skills
  • excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • ability to analyze market data and financial information
  • proficiency with real estate software and tools
  • demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • willingness to travel as needed

  • experience in commercial real estate, site selection or real estate negotiation
  • strong analytical and financial skills
  • excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • knowledge of market trends and competition
  • proficiency in preparing detailed property analyses
  • experience managing broker relationships
  • ability to present complex information effectively

Job Duties

  • maintain established market development plans and recommend real estate execution strategies
  • monitor current market conditions and competitive changes in assigned territory
  • collaborate with real estate directors to identify, evaluate and negotiate deals for new restaurant locations and relocations
  • coordinate with internal departments including legal, finance, operations, architecture, and construction
  • plan and conduct market tours for corporate leadership
  • prepare and present comprehensive real estate site packages for approval
  • support management and coordination of broker networks
  • develop strong business relationships with brokers, landlords, developers, and retailers
  • assist property development managers by obtaining information impacting restaurant layout and design
  • review letter of intent drafts and key deal points
