Job Duties

Coordinate all aspects of ramp operations daily
lead, align and develop frontline supervisors and employees
implement station financial and operational plans
supervise current day staffing and schedule implementation
facilitate informational sessions with frontline employees
ensure compliance with federal and company policies
collaborate with internal departments and external agencies
