Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of ramp operations daily
  • lead, align and develop frontline supervisors and employees
  • implement station financial and operational plans
  • supervise current day staffing and schedule implementation
  • facilitate informational sessions with frontline employees
  • ensure compliance with federal and company policies
  • collaborate with internal departments and external agencies
