Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of ramp operations daily
- lead, align and develop frontline supervisors and employees
- implement station financial and operational plans
- supervise current day staffing and schedule implementation
- facilitate informational sessions with frontline employees
- ensure compliance with federal and company policies
- collaborate with internal departments and external agencies
