Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of management experience preferred
  • airport hub experience preferred
  • extensive experience leading station ramp, cargo and mail, deicing, and receipt and dispatch operations
  • excellent employee and union relations
  • experience coordinating union contracts
  • relationship building with contract vendors and government agencies
  • excellent written and presentation skills
  • strong business acumen
  • negotiation and collaboration skills
  • strong union relations background
  • business administration or organizational foresight

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of ramp operations experience
  • experience in organizational change
  • excellent communication skills
  • direction and development of hub manager team
  • ability to engage frontline team leader and ramp service employees
  • leadership development skills
  • ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • affect leadership quality and retention
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • successful completion of interview

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of ramp operations
  • lead and develop front-line supervisors and employees
  • implement station financial and operational plans
  • maintain customer service standards
  • supervise current day staffing and scheduling
  • conduct statistical and financial reporting and evaluation
  • ensure regulatory compliance with governmental agencies and company policies
