Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field
  • Five years of experience in process improvement, analytics, and business intelligence tools
  • Current and valid California RN license
  • Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Five years of experience in process improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work in California

Job Duties

  • Develop and inspire a high-performing team toward achieving defined quality outcomes
  • Manage system-wide performance improvement and clinical redesign projects aligned with strategic goals
  • Lead, facilitate, support, and mentor multidisciplinary teams using process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Ensure effective communication across departments and with stakeholders
  • Oversee staff development programs and coordinate budget support
  • Foster a learning culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Maintain strong interdepartmental relations and manage personnel effectively
