Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field
- Five years of experience in process improvement, analytics, and business intelligence tools
- Current and valid California RN license
- Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Develop and inspire a high-performing team toward achieving defined quality outcomes
- Manage system-wide performance improvement and clinical redesign projects aligned with strategic goals

- Ensure effective communication across departments and with stakeholders
