Job Requirements

  • Education at minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • five years of management experience in hotel operations
  • three years of experience as a general manager, executive committee member, or director
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to travel up to 90 percent of the time
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to prepare detailed audit reports
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Five years of management experience in hotel operations
  • three years of experience as a general manager, executive committee member, or director
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability and willingness to travel 90 percent of the time
  • bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • fluency in a foreign language (preferred)
  • food safety certification (preferred)
  • project management skills (preferred)
  • working knowledge of product replacement cycles, renovations, and physical upgrades (preferred)
  • problem resolution and consulting skills to mitigate conflicts with general managers, owners, and internal customers while upholding brand integrity (preferred)
  • current resident of Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, or Tennessee (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Perform routine quality assurance evaluations
  • apply knowledge of product replacement cycles, renovations, and physical upgrades to maintain brand standards
  • navigate complex situations with a solutions-oriented mindset while balancing owner and partner expectations
  • address inquiries and communications internally, both verbal and written
  • participate in consistency exercises
  • monitor expenses incurred from travel based on monthly and yearly goals
  • participate in activities outside of quality assurance to gain a better knowledge of other departments
