Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- plan for each shift and monitor performance
- ensure team meets McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with next Manager to prepare for shift
- meet targets and help departments achieve goals
