Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- pga of america membership
- minimum 5 years in a similar role within the golf industry
- proven ability to engage and serve premium clientele
- golf ball fitting experience strongly preferred
- hospitality industry experience valued
- demonstrated leadership, creativity, and optimism
- strong communication and multitasking skills
- ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
- excellent interpersonal skills
- high proficiency with microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)
- experience with erp systems preferred
- tech-savvy with ability to adapt to new tools
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability for evening and weekend events

Job Duties
- oversee equipment fitting team
- collaborate with sales, marketing, r&d, and player research departments
- deliver partner education, training, and special events
- manage scheduling and inventory
- coordinate with it, facilities, grounds, and catering
- host outdoor events
- maintain branding and supplies
