Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • pga of america membership
  • minimum 5 years in a similar role within the golf industry
  • proven ability to engage and serve premium clientele
  • golf ball fitting experience strongly preferred
  • hospitality industry experience valued
  • demonstrated leadership, creativity, and optimism
  • strong communication and multitasking skills
  • ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • high proficiency with microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)
  • experience with erp systems preferred
  • tech-savvy with ability to adapt to new tools
  • ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • availability for evening and weekend events

Job Duties

  • oversee equipment fitting team
  • collaborate with sales, marketing, r&d, and player research departments
  • deliver partner education, training, and special events
  • manage scheduling and inventory
  • coordinate with it, facilities, grounds, and catering
  • host outdoor events
  • maintain branding and supplies
