Job Requirements
- 3+ years of janitorial, park services or hospitality experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work a flexible and varying schedule
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversees the daily operation of Park Services and overall cleanliness including maintain benches, trash cans, restrooms, and trash removal
- Supports cleanliness, overall maintenance, and safety by routinely supervising in the field
- Adjusts exempt and team member daily functions to ensure operational effectiveness and safety compliance
- Analyzes finance reports, guest satisfaction feedback, comment and incident reports to establish strategic plans
- Develops and manages labor and non-labor budgets to improve operational efficiency
- Responsible for hiring, training, leading, coaching, and mentoring assistant managers and supervisors
- Enforces safety programs and partners with Environmental, Health & Safety departments for compliance
- Drives initiatives that impact guest and team member satisfaction and safety standards
- Provides resort-wide duty manager coverage including incident response and communication
- Participates actively in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities according to policy
- Performs other duties as assigned
