Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of janitorial, park services or hospitality experience
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work a flexible and varying schedule
  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience supervising exempt and hourly team members
  • Knowledge of safety standards and operational compliance
  • Ability to analyze financial and guest service reports
  • Leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience
  • Consistent attendance and reliability

Job Duties

  • Oversees the daily operation of Park Services and overall cleanliness including maintain benches, trash cans, restrooms, and trash removal
  • Supports cleanliness, overall maintenance, and safety by routinely supervising in the field
  • Adjusts exempt and team member daily functions to ensure operational effectiveness and safety compliance
  • Analyzes finance reports, guest satisfaction feedback, comment and incident reports to establish strategic plans
  • Develops and manages labor and non-labor budgets to improve operational efficiency
  • Responsible for hiring, training, leading, coaching, and mentoring assistant managers and supervisors
  • Enforces safety programs and partners with Environmental, Health & Safety departments for compliance
  • Drives initiatives that impact guest and team member satisfaction and safety standards
  • Provides resort-wide duty manager coverage including incident response and communication
  • Participates actively in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities according to policy
  • Performs other duties as assigned
