Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Five to seven years of experience in operations management or related field
  • Proven experience managing multiple departments simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of corporate compliance and regulatory standards
  • Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Willingness to work on-site in Dallas, Texas

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Five to seven years of experience in related field
  • Experience in managing multiple departments concurrently
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and implementing process improvements
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead the execution of CSC planning ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with organizational goals
  • Enforce compliance with corporate policies and CSC directives maintaining adherence to regulatory and company standards
  • Provide data-driven insights to support the development of the annual business plan and budget for the CSC
  • Implement short-term operational planning ensuring cross-functional coordination and timely corrective actions in case of deviations
  • Oversee the economic and operational performance of the CSC ensuring efficient management in line with corporate frameworks and evolving market demands
  • Oversee and drive operational success across multiple departments that operate daily, 365 days, & 24 hours
  • Optimize the deployment of human, technical, and material resources ensuring productivity and operational excellence
  • Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials required for seamless CSC operations
  • Standardize work methods in alignment with company protocols and customer contractual obligations
  • Initiate and oversee Capex requests ensuring strategic investments align with business needs and growth objectives
  • Drive continuous process optimization identifying and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations adhering to both corporate policies and local regulatory requirements
  • Foster clear communication and collaboration across all internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational synergy
