Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Five to seven years of experience in operations management or related field
- Proven experience managing multiple departments simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with financial planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of corporate compliance and regulatory standards
- Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Willingness to work on-site in Dallas, Texas
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Five to seven years of experience in related field
- Experience in managing multiple departments concurrently
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and implementing process improvements
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead the execution of CSC planning ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with organizational goals
- Enforce compliance with corporate policies and CSC directives maintaining adherence to regulatory and company standards
- Provide data-driven insights to support the development of the annual business plan and budget for the CSC
- Implement short-term operational planning ensuring cross-functional coordination and timely corrective actions in case of deviations
- Oversee the economic and operational performance of the CSC ensuring efficient management in line with corporate frameworks and evolving market demands
- Oversee and drive operational success across multiple departments that operate daily, 365 days, & 24 hours
- Optimize the deployment of human, technical, and material resources ensuring productivity and operational excellence
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials required for seamless CSC operations
- Standardize work methods in alignment with company protocols and customer contractual obligations
- Initiate and oversee Capex requests ensuring strategic investments align with business needs and growth objectives
- Drive continuous process optimization identifying and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations adhering to both corporate policies and local regulatory requirements
- Foster clear communication and collaboration across all internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational synergy
