Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work outdoors in weather conditions with moderate noise level
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
Job Qualifications
- Strong written and oral communication skills (bilingual a plus)
- Proactive cross-functional leader and collaborative team player who is able to work in a fast-paced service-oriented work environment
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship and team building skills with the ability to lead and drive a high performing team
- Excellent analytical, creative problem solving and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to break down complex problems to actionable plans
- Strong financial acumen and forecasting skills
- 2-4 year college degree preferred (or equivalent in education, training or experience)
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in related field (rental car, hospitality or customer service)
Job Duties
- Developing, implementing and communicating operating plans to maximize utilization according to business plan and company quality assurance standards, directing and controlling the VIP customer experience
- Forecasting and managing key financial drivers
- Partnering and collaborating with the key operations, fleet, customer service and other leaders to meet business objectives
- Respond to customer concerns, inquiries, compliments and complaints
- Lead performance of team members against business plan by setting, communicating, monitoring and updating goals, planning and implementing staffing schedules to meet the needs of the business and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including developing, motivating, recognizing, evaluating and managing performance in order to create a high functioning team
- Adhering to and supporting company policies and practices
