Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- OR two-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work full time on site
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and loss prevention policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years focused experience
- Strong leadership and hospitality skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of loss prevention and operational compliance
- Ability to manage guest relations and staff effectively
- Proficiency in monitoring financial reports and operational metrics
Job Duties
- Serve as the property Manager on Duty overseeing all operations
- Document and resolve guest concerns or property incidents
- Manage guest flow and inquiries within the lobby
- Track and report service issues to relevant departments daily
- Maintain strong relationships with all departments to support operations and goals
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and procedures
- Handle guest complaints and empower associates in customer service
- Monitor staffing levels and financial performance to meet operational and financial objectives
- Conduct regular facility inspections for safety, security, and maintenance
- Participate in human resource activities including feedback, recognition, and disciplinary actions
- Implement emergency plans and ensure associate well-being
