Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must complete MOD training
- CPR and AED-certified
- Knowledge of overall RAC operations
- Two to three years of RAC experience preferred
- High level of customer service ability
- Good interpersonal and public relations skills
- Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities
- Project management and organizational skills
- Able to work well independently
- Able to assist, direct, and coordinate others

Job Duties
- Manage the overall activity and efficiency of the RAC
- Communicate to Directors when circumstances require it and when follow-up is needed
- Supervise associate behavior and actions
- Provide corrective action when needed
- Walk around RAC every hour
- Enforce policies courteously
- Complete proper documentation for accident, incident, and theft reports
- Communicate with General Manager or Assistant General Manager concerning RAC closings and other significant matters
- Attend monthly MOD meetings
- Assume responsibility for leading all activities and employees at the RAC
- Serve as a point person for member feedback
- Secure substitutes for associates who call in and cannot work
- Send associates home when they are not needed
- Perform duties as required of all RAC staff and model excellent leadership skills
