The Bellevue Club is a premier athletic and social club located on Seattle's Eastside, known for being a gathering place for the Northwest's most celebrated and visionary citizens. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality management
- Ability to work an open schedule with 30-40 hours per week
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to enforce club policies and handle member and guest complaints
- Certification or experience in CPR, First Aid, and AED preferred
- Ability to conduct property security patrols and maintain safety protocols
- Reliable, responsible, and accountable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Knowledge of safety and security practices
- Experience in staff training and development
- Proficient in basic computer and administrative tasks
Job Duties
- Confident decision maker and problem solver that understands how to think several steps ahead
- Strong communication skills that values the ability to function in a team-first environment
- Assumes authority and responsibility of the club and hotel in the absence of senior management
- Enforces established club policies and procedures
- Responds to members and guests complaints and resolves problems
- Follows up with appropriate manager(s) to make sure employees involved are identified and the situation is resolved
- Works as needed in the Business Office after weekday business hours to provide support for Club members and potential members
- Participates in and executes training programs for staff development
- Secures the Club at closing each day by ensuring all members and guests have left the building, locking doors, and patrolling club and hotel areas
- Acts as a First Responder and trains staff on emergency and fire procedures
- Responds to emergency situations that may require CPR, First Aid, or AED use
- Investigates and documents emergency situations
- Patrols property for security hazards
- Prepares club for opening following checklist
- Inspects security of offices and storage areas
- Monitors alarm system and fire panel operations
- Maintains the Bellevue Club logbook and communicates shift information
- Completes walkthrough procedures identifying and documenting issues
- Performs other supervisory duties as assigned
