Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in visitor engagement, retail, nonprofit management or business
- Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
- Strong passion for conservation and related mission
- Proven leadership and staff mentorship abilities

- Budget management experience including profit and loss

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in visitor engagement, retail, nonprofit management or business
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor staff

- Experience managing budgets including profit and loss
- Outstanding judgment and ability to build partnerships

Job Duties
- Manage guest services departments for both Ohio Centers and report admission and gift shop revenues and expenses
- Oversee scheduling and management of admissions and gift shop regular and seasonal staff
- Manage retail operations including supplier agreements, point of sale system, and ordering merchandise
- Manage Aullwood rental program and support Ohio Centers rental program strategy and vendor RFP process
- Ensure centers open on time, maintain welcoming condition, and securely close each evening including cash reconciliation
- Monitor facilities and exhibits daily to ensure good condition and track maintenance requests
- Support Senior Manager with evaluation systems and guest feedback
- Serve as Manager on Call to respond to emergencies, security issues and liaise with law enforcement
- Collaborate with Senior Manager to support and co-lead special events
- Foster a culture of philanthropy and support public funding efforts
- Coordinate with colleagues across the Americas for shared priorities
- Maintain and promote a culture of safety
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
