Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to drive manual transmission
  • Must pass criminal background, motor vehicle record, and drug screen
  • Experience in managing hospitality or client accounts preferred
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel up to 10 percent
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to operate necessary equipment safely
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources, and customer service
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass criminal background, motor vehicle record, and drug screening
  • Demonstrated work ethic, drive, and persistence to achieve goals
  • Proficiency with MS Office and point-of-sale applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Ability to work professionally in diverse settings
  • Ability to interpret business policies and training materials
  • Ability to compose professional business communications

Job Duties

  • Understand and drive business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance
  • Improve the financial performance and profitability of the account
  • Understand the contractual agreement and recognize ways to maximize opportunities
  • Positively move metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover
  • Manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping for associates
  • Ensure forecasts, payroll and accounting reports are timely and accurate
  • Utilize standardized business systems and ensure compliance with policies
  • Engage in recruitment and hiring processes
  • Foster talent retention and respond to associate feedback
  • Conduct orientation and on-the-job training for new hires
  • Recognize and coach for performance improvements
  • Identify and develop future leaders
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and hold associate meetings
  • Practice positive discipline and delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Ensure consistent delivery of guest/patient service experience
  • Allocate labor resources efficiently
  • Forecast and plan for seasonal business variances
  • Integrate client service standards with Towne Park's standards
  • Maintain cohesive relationships with client staff
