Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, data analytics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing operations and data analytics
  • Proficiency with major ticketing platforms such as SeatGeek and Ticketmaster
  • Experience using CRM systems for data management
  • Knowledge of data analysis software including Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, data analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in ticketing operations and data analytics (sports industry preferred)
  • Proficiency in ticketing platforms (e.g., SeatGeek, Ticketmaster) and CRM systems
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and matchdays
  • Familiarity with USL or other professional sports leagues
  • Experience integrating ticketing and CRM data for business insights
  • Passion for soccer and community engagement

Job Duties

  • Oversee all ticketing operations including season tickets, group sales, single-game tickets, and special packages
  • Manage ticketing platform setup, pricing, and inventory control
  • Coordinate with stadium box office and third-party vendors for seamless gameday execution
  • Provide customer support and resolve ticketing issues efficiently
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track ticket sales, attendance, and fan engagement
  • Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and inform pricing and promotional strategies
  • Present insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align data-driven initiatives with business goals
  • Administer CRM systems to ensure accurate customer data and segmentation
  • Support targeted marketing campaigns and fan retention strategies using CRM insights
  • Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for database hygiene
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and operations teams
  • Train and manage part-time ticketing staff and interns
  • Assist in planning and executing ticket-related promotions and events
