Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in club operations
- strong background in sports operations soccer experience preferred
- background in team travel and management
- must be able to lift 50 lbs
- professional and positive presence to represent Angel City FC internally and externally
- deep understanding of how to support athletes and staff
- work well within a collaborative team-driven and goal-based environment
- excellent communication facilitation and team leadership

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sports management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in club or sports operations
- Strong background in sports operations particularly soccer preferred
- Proven experience managing team travel and logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well within collaborative, team-driven and goal-based environments
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
- High emotional intelligence to relate effectively with all levels of staff, management, and players
- Capacity to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness and ability to travel to all away and home games
Job Duties
- Tracking budget and managing all aspects of Angel City FC away travel including player and staff communication, creating itineraries and team schedules, hotel arrangements, and ground transportation in collaboration with internal staff
- Manage and facilitate all aspects of Angel City FC home games including visiting team liaison and coordination, coordinating the stretcher crew, and overseeing operational first team logistics timing and communication
- Manage player onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with the Player Care Manager including booking flights in and out of market, rental cars, and internal logistics communication
- Manage daily training schedule and communication via Teamworks with players and staff including scheduling, communicating adjustment impacts, and acting as the main point of contact
- Manage trialist administration, communication, and travel logistics in and out of market in compliance with league rules
- Ensure Angel City FC compliance with all NWSL league guidelines including SafeSport requirements
- Lead projects as assigned by the Senior Director of Soccer Operations or other management staff within the club
