Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in club operations
- strong background in sports operations with soccer experience preferred
- background in team travel and management
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- professional and positive presence to represent ACFC internally and externally
- deep understanding of how to support athletes and staff
- ability to work in a collaborative, team-driven, goal-based environment
- excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- strong problem-solving skills with discretion and sound judgment
- highly organized and detail-oriented

- availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- availability to travel to all away games and attend all home games

Job Duties
- Tracking budget, managing and facilitating all aspects of Angel City away travel including player and staff communication, creating itineraries and team schedules, hotel and ground transportation coordination
- Manage and facilitate all aspects of Angel City home games including visiting team liaison and coordination, coordinating the stretcher crew, operational first team logistics timing and communication
- Manage player onboarding/offboarding in collaboration with Player Care Manager including booking flights in/out of market, rental cars, and internal communication with staff on logistics
- Manage daily training schedule and communication via Teamworks with players and staff, serve as the main point of contact for all scheduling and adjustment communications
- Manage trialist administration, communication and travel logistics in and out of market in compliance with league rules
- Ensure ACFC compliance with all NWSL league guidelines including SafeSport requirements
- Lead projects as assigned by the Senior Director of Soccer Operations or other management staff within the ACFC organization
