The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) is a well-established Christian organization that has devoted over 70 years to proclaiming the Gospel through various ministries. BGEA's influence extends globally via its headquarters and multiple ministries located in Charlotte, North Carolina, Asheville, North Carolina, and various field offices abroad. These ministries include the Billy Graham Library, the Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove, Blue Ridge Broadcasting, and the Internet Evangelism department, among others. Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor-level degree
  • proficiency with Tableau
  • 5 years of experience leading and managing teams
  • proficiency with computers, web based applications, and Microsoft Office
  • knowledge and experience in volunteer management and operations preferably in a Christian ministry environment
  • knowledge of cross-cultural ministry preferred
  • excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • excellent project management skills
  • strong writing skills
  • ability to lead and work collaboratively
  • ability to work with initiative and minimal supervision
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage online response for Ministry Streaming Events
  • work with crusades, Communications, and IT on streaming pages, translations, and response methods
  • solicit and train volunteers in various languages
  • oversee event reporting and analysis
  • act as point of contact for other BGEA ministries using digital tools
  • lead and manage online conversations tool including setup, reporting, and development assistance
  • oversee all aspects of data reporting and analysis to improve ministry impact
  • manage story reporting, development, and video production
  • assist new language managers and team members in tool proficiency
  • collaborate with leadership and language teams to enhance reporting accuracy
  • represent Global Operations team at ministry events
  • assist Senior Product Manager in identifying new tools to improve ministry effectiveness
  • manage database and reporting tools with proficiency in Tableau
