Job Requirements
- 3 plus years of leadership experience preferably in an operations team lead or supervisory role
- Current ServSafe or Tips certification and HACCP training or certification
- Management operations experience within Food and Beverage, Hospitality, or customer service fields
- Training and facilitation experience targeted toward different learning styles and audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or Business fields preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Must be able to travel 80 percent with overnight travel

Job Duties
- Understand and contribute to the development of client expectations and conduct customer experience and quality examinations to meet unique client needs
- Become well-versed in client business, specific client requirements, brand details, customer experience, and Brand Operations Services methods
- Recite client-specific processes, requirements, and product verbiage from memory while in a busy kitchen environment
- Build rapport and conduct employee conversations to identify and recommend improvements in restaurant processes, products, and equipment
- Taste various menu items according to program requirements, including meats, dairy, produce, gluten-based products, nuts, and tree nuts
- Produce accurate and consistent evaluations including detailed written reports
- Exercise judgment in evaluating business operations, recommending improvements, action planning, and root cause analysis
- Provide quality-assurance information with discretion to help improve client business operations
- Formulate improvements in Brand Operations Services procedures and recommend these to the Business Solution Analysis Lead
- Represent the company in client meetings and build strong client relationships through professional interactions
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and conference calls as required by management
- Participate in client meetings and programs
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to the role
