Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation, business administration, data science, operations management, or related field
  • experience in airline operations, data analysis, or strategic planning within the aviation industry
  • strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau
  • valid driver license and good driving record
  • authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, and related software
  • knowledge of human resource information systems
  • ability to pass a 10-year work history review and criminal history records check
  • proficiency in English
  • strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • able to handle interruptions and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Management, or related field
  • advanced degree preferred
  • experience in airline operations, data analysis, or strategic planning within the aviation industry
  • strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau
  • proven ability to translate data insights into strategic actions
  • must be at least 23 years of age
  • valid driver license with good driving record
  • authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States
  • proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, and related software
  • knowledge and experience with varied human resource information systems
  • able to pass a 10-year work history review and criminal history records check

Job Duties

  • Lead the analysis of operational data related to flight schedules, dispatch, maintenance, and crew management to inform strategic decisions
  • develop and evaluate strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
  • monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational trends
  • identify opportunities for improvement
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams including Flight Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Finance, and Customer Service on strategic projects
  • conduct in-depth root cause analysis of operational issues and recommend actionable solutions
  • drive process improvement initiatives and implementation of new operational strategies
  • prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership
  • provide strategic guidance
  • perform other duties as assigned by leadership
