Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aviation, business administration, data science, operations management, or related field
- experience in airline operations, data analysis, or strategic planning within the aviation industry
- strong analytical and quantitative skills
- proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau
- valid driver license and good driving record
- authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States
- proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, and related software
- knowledge of human resource information systems
- ability to pass a 10-year work history review and criminal history records check
- proficiency in English
- strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- able to handle interruptions and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

- must be at least 23 years of age
- valid driver license with good driving record
- authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States
- proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, and related software
- knowledge and experience with varied human resource information systems

Job Duties
- Lead the analysis of operational data related to flight schedules, dispatch, maintenance, and crew management to inform strategic decisions
- develop and evaluate strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational trends
- identify opportunities for improvement
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including Flight Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Finance, and Customer Service on strategic projects
- conduct in-depth root cause analysis of operational issues and recommend actionable solutions
- drive process improvement initiatives and implementation of new operational strategies
- prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership
- provide strategic guidance
- perform other duties as assigned by leadership
