Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in global logistics and shipping
- Proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade laws
- Ability to analyze data and use logistics software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail oriented and highly organized

- Proven leadership and team management skills including mentoring and promoting from within
- Excellent problem-solving, training, mentoring, feedback sharing, and communication skills

- Extensive experience in inbound and outbound domestic and international logistics
- Strong understanding of global trade regulations and customs procedures
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems

Job Duties
- Ensure logistical inbound and outbound processes are running smoothly worldwide
- Lead and mentor the finished goods and small parcel shipping teams, fostering a culture of accountability
- Analyze and resolve work problems by assisting employees through training and engagement
- Identify opportunities for global logistic improvements related to training, process improvement, carrier partnerships, and cost optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on time delivery promises
- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess shipping team and carrier performance
- Build and maintain relationships with warehouses, transportation companies, customs brokers, and logistic partners
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs requirements, and international trade regulations
- Work collaboratively with other departments to integrate logistic processes
- Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions in global deliveries
