Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience booking guests and segment production in television, events, or similar formats
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Keynote or PowerPoint, Excel, and G-Suite
  • familiarity with Zoom, Teams, Canva, and Splash That
  • flexible and adaptable
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently
  • proactive and takes initiative

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Create content plans for policy briefings, roundtables and summits
  • book guests and recruit participants for events on a wide range of topics
  • maintain a rolodex of experts across public and private sectors
  • work with internal and external partners to meet deadlines and communicate updates
  • conduct preparation calls and draft briefing materials for moderators and speakers
  • manage coordination with speaker contacts and ensure alignment with event objectives
  • produce on-site programs and elements related to content and promotion
  • write copy for invitations, microsites, and discussion summaries
  • edit video and produce social assets as a plus
