Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience booking guests and segment production in television, events, or similar formats
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Keynote or PowerPoint, Excel, and G-Suite
- familiarity with Zoom, Teams, Canva, and Splash That
- flexible and adaptable
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently
- proactive and takes initiative
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create content plans for policy briefings, roundtables and summits
- book guests and recruit participants for events on a wide range of topics
- maintain a rolodex of experts across public and private sectors
- work with internal and external partners to meet deadlines and communicate updates
- conduct preparation calls and draft briefing materials for moderators and speakers
- manage coordination with speaker contacts and ensure alignment with event objectives
- produce on-site programs and elements related to content and promotion
- write copy for invitations, microsites, and discussion summaries
- edit video and produce social assets as a plus
