Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience in foodservice or hospitality operations
- Proficiency with inventory management and financial reporting software
- Ability to manage large teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including event days and weekends
Job Qualifications

- Proficiency with inventory systems and financial reporting tools
- ServSafe and food handling certifications preferred
- Proven experience managing large teams in high-volume environments
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day concessions operations across all stands and kiosks
- Lead and develop a large team of supervisors, leads, and hourly staff
- Collaborate with culinary, finance, and HR departments to meet business goals
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and food quality standards
- Analyze sales and labor reports to optimize performance
- Manage inventory control and product ordering
- Drive training, onboarding, and retention strategies
