Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years leadership experience in foodservice or hospitality operations
  • Proficiency with inventory management and financial reporting software
  • Ability to manage large teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including event days and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in foodservice or hospitality operations
  • Proficiency with inventory systems and financial reporting tools
  • ServSafe and food handling certifications preferred
  • Proven experience managing large teams in high-volume environments

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day concessions operations across all stands and kiosks
  • Lead and develop a large team of supervisors, leads, and hourly staff
  • Collaborate with culinary, finance, and HR departments to meet business goals
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and food quality standards
  • Analyze sales and labor reports to optimize performance
  • Manage inventory control and product ordering
  • Drive training, onboarding, and retention strategies
