Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid aviation maintenance technician certification
- minimum of 5 years experience in aircraft maintenance
- proven leadership experience in managing technical teams
- ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documentation
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent organizational skills
- commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

Job Duties
- lead a team of technicians for aircraft inspection troubleshooting repairs and maintenance
- dispatch qualified technicians promptly to repair aircraft
- complete assigned maintenance tasks according to company policies and procedures
- ensure timely and accurate completion of all related paperwork
- manage time and attendance records for maintenance technicians and inspectors
- enforce compliance with required inspection item procedures
- adhere to aircraft manufacturer maintenance manuals and Reynolds Jet's General Maintenance Manual
- perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
