Job Requirements
- valid drivers license required
- current faa airframe and powerplant certificate required
- 3 plus years of relevant work experience
- must own and provide a minimum set of tools
- prior experience challenger 604 300 cessna 680 hawker 800xp beechjet 400xp or gulfstream 150
- must be able to work a flexible schedule
- must be able to exercise good judgement in a team environment
- must have problem solving and organizational skills
- must be able to read understand and comply with all company and manufacturer manuals
- must be able to perform all line maintenance functions unsupervised at any time
- must be able to lift and move items of 70 pounds or more on a regular basis
- excellent communication and people skills
- ability to bend and or squat repeatedly and stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- lead a team of technicians for inspection troubleshooting repairs and return to service of company aircraft
- dispatch qualified technicians to repair aircraft promptly
- complete assigned maintenance tasks accurately and timely according to company policies and procedures
- ensure all required paperwork is completed properly and on time
- manage time and attendance of maintenance technicians and inspectors
- ensure proper required inspection procedures are followed
- understand and follow aircraft manufacturer maintenance manuals and company general maintenance manual
- perform other duties and special projects as assigned
