Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years restaurant management experience
- ServSafe Food and Alcohol Certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Must be able to take direction and delegate well
- Excellent guest service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to work in fast-paced environments
- Must pass satisfactory background check
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality degree preferred
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years previous restaurant management experience
- ServSafe Food and Alcohol Certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of allergy procedures
- Must be ServSafe and CPR certified within 60 days
- Training in guest relations and harassment prevention
- Familiarity with Legal Sea Foods menus and POS systems
Job Duties
- Oversee one of the FOH departments such as Beverage, Training, Host/Takeout, or Server/Runner-Busser
- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management for assigned department
- Supervise FOH Supervisors and team members ensuring effective delegation and mentoring
- Oversee all FOH departments in the absence of General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies including food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
- Utilize company business systems such as POS, HRIS, hiring, scheduling, and inventory management
