Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in event or trade marketing
  • Proven experience in end-to-end event management
  • Ability to manage creative and agency partners
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Ability to make timely, effective decisions
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years in event/trade marketing
  • Proven track record in event management leading process from end to end
  • Experience managing events and/or creative agencies
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Excellent time management/project skills
  • Comfortable and confident in making effective decisions in a timely manner
  • Goal oriented with ability to stay focused on creating winning results
  • Ability to communicate results to team and management and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter able to work independently leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Lead event strategy and execution for primary sports moments on the marketing calendar including NFL Super Bowl, NBA All-Star, MLB All-Star, select NASCAR events
  • Manage process directly with key league counterparts to develop and lead process for event execution at primary sports moments
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across marketing, design, product, and partnerships to develop holistic event execution
  • Brief and lead outside agency partners when applicable
  • Own event budget planning and management
  • Lead event strategy and execution for select brand moments on the marketing calendar
  • Lead execution for select B2B moments on the annual calendar such as league summits and tradeshows
  • Manage all storage and shipping-related issues
