Job Requirements
- 21 plus years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
- Maintain professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
- Maintain consistent adherence to Venetian and Palazzo Unmatched Guest Service Standards
- Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of LMS
- Working knowledge of group/convention industry
- Two years prior experience in groups or hotel hospitality preferred
- Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds unassisted
- Ability to access all areas of property and drive with or without accommodation
- Maintain composure under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts
- Ability to walk, stand, stretch, bend, kneel for prolonged periods
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work indoors and be exposed to environmental factors such as noise, dust, cigarette smoke

Job Duties
- Execute all housing related contractual obligations including room block, rates, rooming concessions, attrition, and fund collection
- Ensure the group/convention meeting planners’ needs are attended to promptly and in a warm and friendly manner
- Organize and arrange rooming and affiliated responsibilities within LMS, EBMS, Passkey, and CRM systems
- Maintain a satisfactory MeetingScope score contributing to departmental goals
- Communicate between Sales, Revenue, Catering, and Hotel Operations to manage contracted terms and services
- Address internal and external challenges with urgency to mitigate client and attendee impact
- Coordinate arrival and departure logistics and communicate client expectations to Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Concierge, and VIP
- Provide daily in-house client communication and reports
- Build strong relationships with new and repeat clients to drive loyalty
- Maintain CRM opportunity profiles for each event
- Monitor clients’ financial responsibilities including deposits, estimating charges, and invoicing
- Manage and communicate group block inventory dynamics to maximize room night revenue
- Leverage and promote Passkey for room block management and incremental revenue
- Manage and communicate all contractual housing milestones including deposit due dates, cut-off dates, allowed reductions, and attrition
- Facilitate group arrival/departure expectations coordinating services like porterage, satellite check-in, pre-keys, meet and greets, VIP amenities, and transportation
- Participate and lead team-building initiatives
- Adhere to safety standards and perform other related duties as assigned
