Job Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in program management marketing or related experience
  • 2 years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or an additional two years of relevant training or experience in lieu of this degree
  • Effective communication skills including verbal written and listening
  • Ability to address people courageously directly and candidly
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding interpersonal facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts and additional hours to meet operational needs
  • Ability to travel up to 20 percent
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Alaska Airlines inflight experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of and experience promoting the Atmos Rewards Visa card program or similar product preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead team in establishing operational processes for program execution including scheduling incentive tracking and compliance with Bank and internal marketing requirements with a 6-12 month horizon
  • Develop strategies to equip Flight Attendants with tools training and resources to confidently and effectively promote the program
  • Establish and maintain KPI reporting for employee engagement leveraging insights to recommend and implement targeting testing and program enhancements that improve results
  • Ensure all inflight engagement activities are integrated smoothly into flight attendant workflows without disrupting the operation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Inflight leaders and Bank of America partners fostering open communication to surface and resolve issues quickly
  • Lead coach or influence a cross-functional team including project specialists inflight ambassadors or vendor field staff to ensure consistent execution of engagement programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders bank partners and leadership to align acquisition goals develop program strategies and justify ROI for investments in engagement campaigns
