Job Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in program management, marketing, or related experience
  • 2 years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or two additional years of relevant training/experience in lieu of degree
  • Effective communication skills including verbal, written, and listening
  • Ability to address people courageously, directly, and candidly
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts and additional hours
  • Ability to travel up to 20 percent
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Strong knowledge of Atmos Rewards Visa card program or similar product

Job Duties

  • Lead team in establishing operational processes for program execution including scheduling, incentive tracking, and compliance with Bank and internal marketing requirements
  • Develop strategies to equip flight attendants with tools, training, and resources to confidently promote the program
  • Establish and maintain KPI reporting for employee engagement, leveraging insights to recommend and implement targeting, testing, and program enhancements
  • Ensure all inflight engagement activities are integrated smoothly into flight attendant workflows without disrupting operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Inflight leaders and Bank of America partners to surface and resolve issues quickly
  • Lead, coach, or influence a cross-functional team to ensure consistent execution of engagement programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, bank partners, and leadership to align acquisition goals, develop program strategies, and justify ROI
  • Plan and execute regular events to increase awareness of new promotions, special incentives, and offers
