Job Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry
- Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, Adobe, Outlook
- Self motivated individual
- Able to clearly communicate with all levels of leadership
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and carriers
- Experience in addressing customs issues with customs brokers
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks under pressure

Job Duties
- Oversee end to end transportation logistics for all Owner Furnished Items, Owner supplied construction materials and Visual Merchandising Fixtures to support all construction projects
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Logistics, the Director of Procurement and Business Partners to align logistics strategies with project timelines and procurement goals
- Understand all project timelines, assess all schedules to ensure critical items are expedited to meet project schedules
- Expedite critical fixture shipments to ensure timely store openings and mitigate delays
- Coordinate with third party carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to optimize delivery schedules and reduce transit risks
- Monitor and track shipments proactively resolving issues related to delays, damages, or misrouting
- Maintain detailed records of shipments, delivery schedules, and inventory movement to support projects
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including construction and store operations teams to ensure alignment and transparency
- Ability to address customs issues and resolve with our customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of fixtures into Canada
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes, including cost reduction, efficiency gains and vendor performance
