Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders and operate forklifts as needed
  • Periods of walking and standing outdoors
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong computer skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing remote or distributed teams

Job Duties

  • Manage remote or distributed teams effectively
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily tasks
  • Solve complex problems and multitask under pressure
  • Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Maintain physical readiness including lifting heavy items and operating lifting equipment
  • Perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and occasional outdoor work
  • Lead team initiatives and foster collaboration
