Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months experience leading a team in a convenience store or food service environment
- Ability to work flexible hours between 5 am and 4 pm
- Physical ability to perform active duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and some climbing
- Capability to lift and/or move items over 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to providing fast, friendly service with a smile
- Completes necessary training and adheres to food safety and operational guidelines

- At least 6 months experience leading a team in a convenience store or food service environment
Job Duties
- Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members to do the same
- Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
- Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion
- Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations
- Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
- Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- Ensures all food costs and food waste numbers are in line with company goals
- Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift
- Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required
- Communicates any discrepancies to store leader
- Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes
- Maintains a neat and clean appearance in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
- Ensures the cooler, store shelves and displays are clean, fully stocked and fronted
- Notifies Store Leader of any maintenance problems
