Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months experience leading a team in a convenience store or food service environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 5 am and 4 pm
  • Physical ability to perform active duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and some climbing
  • Capability to lift and/or move items over 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to providing fast, friendly service with a smile
  • Completes necessary training and adheres to food safety and operational guidelines

Job Duties

  • Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members to do the same
  • Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
  • Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion
  • Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations
  • Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
  • Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
  • Ensures all food costs and food waste numbers are in line with company goals
  • Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift
  • Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required
  • Communicates any discrepancies to store leader
  • Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes
  • Maintains a neat and clean appearance in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
  • Ensures the cooler, store shelves and displays are clean, fully stocked and fronted
  • Notifies Store Leader of any maintenance problems
