- basic proficiency in cash handling and inventory management
Job Duties
- provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members to do the same
- maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
- assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion
- directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all brand, company, and health department regulations
- coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
- ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- ensures all food costs and food waste numbers are in line with company goals
- monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift
- completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required
- communicates any discrepancies to store leader
- guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes
- maintains a neat and clean appearance in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
- ensures the cooler, store shelves and displays are clean, fully stocked and fronted
- notifies store leader of any maintenance problems
