Job Duties

  • Own and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Issues, Events, and Remediation activities
  • run day-to-day activities under the enterprise-wide refreshed framework ensuring timely delivery
  • improve data integrity through process implementation for tracking and validation
  • establish and maintain standards to meet policies and audit requirements
  • conduct root cause and thematic analysis to identify recurring issues and risks
  • develop transparent workflows, escalation mechanisms, and clear ownership using agile best practices
  • deliver concise, data-driven reporting influencing decision-making
  • engage with senior leaders and partners to provide clear updates and build trusted relationships
  • provide subject matter expertise in operational control design and validation
  • collaborate with teams to ensure effective control improvements
  • drive continuous improvement by embedding lessons learned
