- 3+ years of experience in operational risk management, internal audit, or related control function
- strong project management or agile methodologies
- mature prioritization and organizational skills
- proven ability to communicate and influence senior leadership
- experience in data management and quality control
- strong analytical and root cause problem-solving skills
- understanding of operational control frameworks and risk mitigation
- strong business acumen

- experience in financial services or regulated industries
Job Duties
- Own and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Issues, Events, and Remediation activities
- run day-to-day activities under the enterprise-wide refreshed framework ensuring timely delivery
- improve data integrity through process implementation for tracking and validation
- establish and maintain standards to meet policies and audit requirements
- conduct root cause and thematic analysis to identify recurring issues and risks
- develop transparent workflows, escalation mechanisms, and clear ownership using agile best practices
- deliver concise, data-driven reporting influencing decision-making
- engage with senior leaders and partners to provide clear updates and build trusted relationships
- provide subject matter expertise in operational control design and validation
- collaborate with teams to ensure effective control improvements
- drive continuous improvement by embedding lessons learned
