Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in inflight training, training standards and compliance, or related area
- 2 years of leadership experience
- bachelor's degree or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree
- demonstrated knowledge of 14CFR Part 121 air carrier operations, approved training programs and inflight operations
- knowledge of appropriate FAA advisory circulars, applicable regulatory guidance and the flight attendant certification processes
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- must successfully complete Initial New Hire Flight Attendant Training if not already qualified as an AS Flight Attendant and maintain certification as a Flight Attendant
- ability to hold and maintain AS Inflight Instructor qualifications
- clear pre-employment DOT testing
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age of 21
- authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Lead team and establish priorities for inflight training delivery, instructor calibration, and regulatory compliance
- execute on strategy for training program implementation and quality assurance with a 6-12 month horizon
- make decisions related to training operations, instructor qualification, and curriculum execution
- develop people through performance management, feedback, and professional development
- shape culture of team through action, presence, and reinforcement of behaviors
- influence across inflight and other departments to ensure training alignment and effectiveness
- collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including FAA and AFA to maintain training standards
- monitor and report budget for inflight training delivery
