Job Requirements

  • 100% relocatable after completion of program
  • nine months of prior work experience preferably in hotel or restaurant
  • prior leadership experience at work or in classroom environment
  • college senior or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field
  • energetic and personable individual with passion for guest service
  • dedicated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • eligible to apply within one year post-graduation

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • recent college graduates within one year post-graduation

Job Duties

  • participate in a fourteen-week intensive training program including guest services, night audit, laundry and housekeeping, food and beverage, administration, and management
  • gain hands-on experience in front-line positions before transitioning to managerial roles
  • report directly to the General Manager and work closely with a mentor for guidance
  • develop comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations
  • serve as Manager on Duty during training
  • take on supervisory responsibilities upon program completion
  • support a team-oriented and fast-paced work environment
